7. Operational damage must be certified by the OEM, and HTM inc. is responsible for only damage that is not covered by OEM warrantee or service contract.
8. HTM's inc. insurance carrier will limit any claims to $1,000,000 per project, additional insurance must be by prior agreement.
9. The customer is responsible for damage assessment, within 1 business day of equipment delivery.
10. If HTM inc. is not provided with certification or operational status prior to possession, damages will be limited to cosmetics only.
11. Insurance coverage will be apportioned by percentage of responsibility, for these purposes dis-assembly, packing, transport, unpacking, and re-assembly are all considered as 20% of the entire relocation project.
